All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If there is a problem with your product you may return it to us. But you must contact us within 48 hours of

receiving the merchandise. To return please follow these guidelines. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your receipt of the

goods. A return authorization number will be given to you and must be marked clearly on the out side of the return shipment. Under no circumstance

will we accept returns without a return authorization or after one week of receipt of the merchandise regardless of the reason. All goods to be

returned must be in the original condition, and must be unused and intact.  We inspect everything before we ship out and every item is damage free

before shipping. If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange, email us with subject title "return exchange order #___". Thank you for

your patronage.

Processing orders

1)It usually takes 1-5 days to process your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we will ship out your order as soon as possible.

Please add this "processing time" to the shipping time of 2 to 9 days that the UPS generally requires to ship ground.

2)If you order the wrong color and you want to exchange then you will need to pay all shipping charges- both ways (from you to us and from us back to

you). No exceptions.

3)If you require expedited shipping, we offer you the option of express mail(next day) or priority mail(1-3 days) delivery, all offered by the USPS.  Note

that these shipping options come at a higher cost.  

Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select. These costs also include handling fees incurred during processing.  We reserve the right to ship domestic with the UPS.
