The name of this bag is derived from an archaeological site in Kenya, Africa (Koobi Fora) where the bones of some of Man's
earliest ancestors have been found. Alongside some of the fossils have been found stone tools indicating the first use of
such items to aid in either the gathering of or breaking down of food items encountered at that time. The name of our knife
bag is derived from this important milestone in the culinary evolution of man.
